Do you know what PS blister is?

What is PS blister?  PS non-toxic, tasteless, the appearance of the ivory color half tongming, or tongming granules or powder.  The density is 1.08~1.18g/ cm 3, the expansion rate is 0.4%~0.9%, the elastic modulus value is 0.2gpa, poisson ratio is 0.394, moisture absorption <1%, melting heat is 217~237℃, thermal synthesis heat is >250℃. 

PS has excellent mechanical properties, its charge strength is excellent, can be used in very low heat;  PS has excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability, and oil resistance, which can be used for bearings under intermediate load and speed.  The creep resistance of PS is higher than that of PSF and PC, but lower than that of PA and POM.  

The serpentine strength and compression strength of PS are poor in plastics.  The mechanical properties of PS are greatly affected by heat.  Thermal properties OF PS thermal deformation heat is 93~118℃, the product after annealing can also spread about 10℃.  PS at -40℃ can still reflect a certain toughness, can be used in the heat scale of -40~100℃.  

Electrical performance PS electrical insulation is better, and simply not heat, humidity and efficiency, can be used in a small number of conditions.  PS is not affected by water, organic salt, alkali and a variety of acids, but soluble in ketones, aldehydes and chlorinated hydrocarbons, by acetic acid, animal oil erosion will produce stress cracking.  PS has poor weather resistance and is easy to degrade under the action of ULTRAVIOLET light.  Charge strength increased by half after 6 months outdoors.
